Classroom Technology Grant provides up to $3,000 for technology in the classroom, deadline September 13, http://wemc.com/class-awards/
Target Field Trip grants are open now through October 1, and will provide up to $700 for field trips, https://corporate.target.com/corporate-responsibility/grants/field-trip-grants
At the last meeting of the Board of Education, the following grant opportunities were approved:
- Outer Banks Lighthouse Society
- The NC Arboretum, Project EXPLORE Mini Grants
- North Carolina English Teachers Association
- FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)
- Project Learning
These and more grant opportunities can be found in three places: 1) on the list of Board approved grant opportunities on the intranet , 2) in the Office of Grants Canvas Course, or 3) on our Office of Grant Google site.
