Grant Alerts -- March 9, 2017

Greetings from the Office of Grants,

There are a couple of upcoming grant opportunities that you might want to consider:

·       WakeEd’s newly revised Teacher Innovation Grant program is now open and offering grants of up to $7,500. Exclusive to Wake County Public School System educators, this program invites educators to answer the question, “What would happen if…” as they explore innovative solutions to achieving Vision 2020. Grants should address the 4Cs as well as the goals of the Learning and Teaching, Achievement, Balanced Assessment, and Community Engagement strategies. ·       The NC Farm Bureau Ag in the Classroom grant offers up to $500 to support real-world education and experiences for students about agriculture. The next deadline is coming up on April 15. Check it out at http://ow.ly/5jXL309yzsk
