Grant Alarm! Wake Education Partnership Extends Grant Deadline to May 1


Wake Education Partnership's Teacher Innovation Grant deadline has been extended to Friday, May 1, 2015! Principal signature pages MUST be faxed by Monday, May 4, 2015. 

Wake Education Partnership would like to receive LOTS of innovative ideas to support WCPSS Vision 2020.

Grant Alerts - April 24, 2015

Here are a couple of grant deadlines to be aware of in the next few weeks:

Wake Education Partnership's Teacher Innovation Grant deadline is coming up next Tuesday, April 28,at 5:00 PM. These instructional grants encourage and support innovative approaches to instruction for teachers, teams, and PLTs.  Multiple content categories are available, and awards range from $1,000 for an individual teacher to $3,000 for a team or PLT.  For more information, please check out their website: http://www.wakeed.org/programs/teacher-leadership-grants/.

Youth Service America (YSA) is partnering with State Farm on a grant opportunity, the 2015 Good Neighbor Innovation Schools grant. This is a $5,000 grant opportunity to support 20 schools nationwide in efforts to engage students in service learning using YSA school programs. Please note:  All the grants posted on our Grant Alerts are Board approved through June 30.  Between July 1 and the first Board meeting of the new 2015-2016 fiscal year, there will be no Board approved grant opportunities available.  For grant opportunities that bridge fiscal years (like Bright Ideas), you should plan to submit your grant before July 1 or after the first Board meeting in July.
