Hello WCPSS grant writers!  As you consider grant opportunities for your school, there are a few upcoming deadlines you might want to know about:

• Lowe’s Toolbox for Education grants are due on February 10 and offer up to $5,000 for school improvement projects. Check it out at http://www.toolboxforeducation.com/hta.html (Links to an external site.)
• The NC Arts Council's Arts in Education application period is open, and the deadline is March 1, 2017. Information about this opportunity can be found at http://www.ncarts.org/resources/grants/grants-organizations/arts-education-grants (Links to an external site.)
• Raleigh Moms Care is offering a $750 grant for classroom projects. The deadline is March 1, 2017. A link to the application can be found in our Grant Alerts and on our Canvas site.
