These instructional grants encourage and support innovative approaches to instruction for teachers, teams, and PLTs. Multiple content categories are available, and awards range from $1,000 for an individual teacher to $3,000 for a team or PLT. Youth Service America (YSA) is partnering with State Farm on a grant opportunity, the 2015 Good Neighbor Innovation Schools grant. This is a $5,000 grant opportunity to support 20 schools nationwide in efforts to engage students in service learning using YSA school programs. The application deadline is May 8.
